Contact one of Monroe's local agencies to discuss your situation and obtain a referral/voucher. Referrals are welcomed from any Monroe County agency that assists Monroe County residents most in need.
PLEASE NOTE: Written referral (voucher) is needed prior to scheduling an appointment. Most common agencies include MCOP, Salvation Army, Monroe County Mental Health, DHHS, ISD, Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan (CCSEM), Paula’s House, Harbor Light, individual church communities. -
